The title was "How and when do we get paid?"

Answer: Once a month, around the 10th-12th. You can have a check mailed ($1 processing fee) or have it directly deposited in a U.S. Bank (free). You can also have it go towards any standing order you may have. Provided you have not set your commissions to accumulate within your account admin, and the amount you have earned is over $9, your check will usually be mailed out on or after the 10th of the month.

Facility to set up a direct deposit to your bank account

SFI does direct deposits or auto-debits with ANY United States-based bank or financial institution? Why hang around your mailbox waiting for your commission check to arrive and then have to drive to the bank to deposit it, when you can rest assured it's been deposited already?
 
SFI's corporate banking partner is US BANK, which has more than 2,200 US BANK branch offices, and 5,000 ATMs in the US.
 
You can download the AUTO-DEPOSIT form at: http://www.sfimg.com/images/pdf/autodepositform.pdf - As this is a secure site, you must first login. When you enter the Sfimg.com menu, go to "My Account", scroll down a bit to the bottom of the page and click on "Set up Direct Deposit of Commissions".

Print out the form(s), attach a voided check and mail to the address provided on the forms. Please allow 10 days from receipt for activation to occur.
