Answer: Yes, this is a difficult question and you know it. As I have many time pointed out there is no way to expand in this business as a serious entrepreneur without absorbing all the necessary information. In my experience, the only way to get your affiliates' attention is to offer them material that will interest them to a point that they will want to start getting involved in this wonderful business called "Online Marketing". Then it will be up to them to actively proceed in developing their own business. Clearly, you cannot "force them" to take the necessary steps - and why would you, after all - they have joined in on their own decision and they will be the ones to decide whether they really want to work at home online or not.
