The Contact Manager
|
This is the F. A. Q. section of the Sfinco.net website. The title was "Question about CM" |
| Question: Could you help me? I am confused with the contact Manager. Actually what’s it for? Can I be a CM? For that I need to pay money? What is the advantage of being CM?
Answer: The Contact Manager is not a position in SFI. It is a tool, and there is currently no charge for using it to send email to other affiliates in your line. The first follow up that your affiliates are getting from you personally is the welcome message from the Contact Manager if you’re registered (and I recommend you do so immediately – as I said it’s free). Go to your Account and click on "Resources" under “NAVIGATION” and the Contact Manager page will open. Then click on “Welcome Messages” (Group Messages and Individual Messages are available to PTLs and GLs only). Under "New Personally-Referred Affiliates (all Powerlines)" you can see whether the message is set on "Default" or on "no message". If they are set on "no message", change the setting to "Default" by clicking on the little arrow. Next, click on the "View Default Message" and see if you like the message. I personally have never seen a better one on the Sfidboard and I recommend you leave it as it is because it is written by Gery Carson who knows better than anybody how to compose a professional letter. After you compose your message, you'll have several options to choose from, such as send to: all affiliates, those that have completed Smart Start, affiliates that joined after YYMMDD, etc. | | |
