| Question: Lionel B. has an "undeliverable" address on my list. What to do?
Answer: Why don't you use SFI's brand new mailing piece arrived at the shipping center. This new piece is a 16-page, 6" x 9"
self-mailer. It has a glossy, full-color cover. Inside, it features a personal welcome from SFI founder, Gery Carson; frequently-asked questions about SFI; a chart comparing SFI to other business opportunities; an overview of the products; a "next steps" checklist; a two-page spread on the benefits of becoming MIQ; and more. The weight is less than one ounce (.85 oz), so you can mail them for just a single first-class stamp in the United States. They're also already tabbed shut so all you have to do is address the back cover (or affix a mailing label), add a first-class stamp, and drop in the mailbox. If you want to add a personal touch, you can probably add a small, perhaps 1/3 page, insert with a personal message from you to the recipient without going over one ounce. If you're not concerned about a little more postage cost, you can of course also put the new piece inside an envelope along with a cover letter, etc. The new piece has been designed specifically for new affiliates, to further help them see the immense potential of SFI, and take the next steps towards creating a successful home business. This new piece can have a MAJOR impact on getting your new affiliates active with SFI. Hence, you'll probably want to send out a copy each time you receive a notification of a new affiliate. Why mail out a physical mailer when affiliates are already being sent email welcomes, email training information, etc.? The reason is that email does not get read like it used to. In fact, it's often not delivered at all or winds up in the recipient's "junk mail" box where it's never even seen. Today, primarily thanks to the scourge of widespread spamming, the effectiveness of email communications has been GREATLY reduced. Hperfully email will get better in the future as technological advances finally wipe out spam. But in the
