Copy and paste

Answer: Learning how to "copy and paste" is the most important basic skill to learn about your computer. It is very easy to do and once you learn how to copy and paste, it will save you hours time re-typing - just think, you will never have to type something more than once.
 
1. Right click and hold down the right click button on your mouse.
2. Scroll over the text that you want to use - this will highlight the text. The highlighted text will be covered in usually a blue color).
3. Left click on the highlighted text and a box will appear.
4. Click the copy text.
5. Go to where you want to put the text.
6. Left click again and the same box will appear and click paste.
 
Your text will magically appear!
 
Please note that many advertising sites will not let you paste text into the title and description boxes in the way described above. However, there is ANOTHER way to do that and these sites do accept it: After you have highlighted your text and let go of the left mouse button, on your keyboard:
 
- Hold down ctrl and c at the same time and this will copy the text.
- Go to where you want the text.
- On your keyboard: hold down “Ctrl” and “V” at the same time OR hold the "Shift" key and press the "Insert" key and this will paste the text.
