How to post impressions of a banner
The third question was, "I have an advertiser that will post 100,000 impressions of my SFI banner. How do I get a banner to give them?" Well, I think I pretty much answered that one in question 2. The only difference is that instead of posting the image to your host, in many cases you can just attach it to an email and send it to whomever is going to be doing your advertising for you and they will host the image from their servers. This means that if your host only provides you a set amount of bandwidth, then you won't use any of that up by having people accessing the image from your account.
Now in a similar topic, what if you wanted to create your own banner? I've looked through the SFI policies at the Sfimg.com website and nowhere does it say that your banners have to be pre-approved. All of your ads must be pre-approved, but not banners (although it really wouldn't be a bad idea to get them approved anyway just to be sure). This means that if you want to use some of the various banner creation programs out there to make up your own creative banner, you can. If you aren't experienced in this area though I would strongly recommend that you stick with the great banners that SFI has already provided.
Here's a list of resources for banner creation, again I don't endorse or personally recommend any one over the others. I've not used any of these services or products personally, I am just providing them to you as an additional resource in your bag of advertising tricks.

See didn't I tell you that you would be a banner expert by the end of this course? If you didn't know anything about banners when you started this course I bet you feel a lot more comfortable now working with and creating them.
